Our Ministries @ DWC

Destiny Worship Center has a passion and a vision to help our community excel and see God in all we do. There are many events throughout the year that our many ministries participate in. Please let us know if you are interested in joining, volunteering, or using the services of any of these groups.

Children's Church

Children's Church is available for all Children, 0-12  years of age. During this time, the children will participate in age appropriate activities including a bible lesson and art project, as well as snack time. Children will typically praise within the sanctuary during worship and then proceed to class. ​

Please inform an usher if your child has an allergy or special need so that our Children's Ministry Minister can be notified.

LYT!
(Lighting Youth for Transformation)

We are LYT! Young people on Fire for Christ! We are striving to reach the destiny that God has set before them! Teaching and training through fun activities and fellowship.

Arts Team

During the Worship Services you will often see the performances of the Worship Arts/Praise Teams. These praise teams pray to hear what the voice of God is speaking for each service. They often preform special dances, dramas, and more during Sunday services, Friday Night Services, and other special events and conferences at DWC and around the state of Missouri, as well as traveling internationally. The members of this team preform in prophetic praise dances both as teams and as individuals. Their movements and dances are meant to speak to the hearts of all those in attendance.

Worship Team

The Destiny Worship Center's Worship Team is lead by Minister Ameir Smith. Worship creates an atmosphere for God to move within our heats and work miracles in our lives. Our worshipers strive to be the kind of people described in John 4:23-24, who worship God in spirit and truth. The DWC Worship Team also includes the use of musical instruments such as keyboards, drums, bongos, bass and lead guitars, and the flute.

Food Pantry

The DWC Food Pantry is available for any who are in need of food for themselves or their family.

2nd Saturday of every month
10:00am - 12:00pm

Kids Corner

The Kids Corner serves food before and after Sunday Services, and after Friday Night Services. All money raised benefits our DWC Children's Programs.

If you are interested in volunteering in the kitchen on Sundays or in donating money or food items to be sold, please see Sis Stephanie Fields.

Destiny Learning Center

Our objective is to provide quality childcare and age appropriate activities within a safe, comfortable environment. We encourage each child to reach their full potential.
We believe that when the needs of a child are met, each individual family member will benefit.​

Hours: 6:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

The Front Line

The Front Line is lead by Minister Ameir Smith. This team consists of select DWC Worship Team members who preform  in concert with songs of the Lord written by the members of this exceptional team.
